1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules that apply to all content uploaded, stored, embedded, streamed or shared using JustVidding (the “Service”), which is owned and operated by T3 Consultant Group Inc. (“we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Use. By using the Service you agree to comply with this Policy, and you are responsible for the conduct of anyone who accesses the Service through your account.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to upload, host, display or distribute content that: (a) is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity; (b) infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other right of any person; (c) contains sexual content involving minors, or any sexually explicit material; (d) promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hatred or discrimination against any person or group; (e) is defamatory, harassing, threatening or deliberately misleading; (f) contains malware, viruses or any code designed to harm devices, data or networks; or (g) collects personal information from viewers without proper notice and consent.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not: (a) send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, including through video lead-capture forms, and you must comply with all applicable anti-spam and electronic-messaging laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems; (c) interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping, excessive bandwidth use outside your plan, or denial-of-service activity; (d) resell, sublicense or share the Service or your account other than as permitted by your plan; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product.
4. Lead capture and viewer data
If you collect names, email addresses or other information from viewers through the Service, you are the party responsible for that information. You must provide any notices, obtain any consents and honour any requests (including unsubscribe and deletion requests) required by the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you and to your viewers.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or disable access to any content, suspend or terminate any account, and report activity to the appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe this Policy or the law has been breached. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

To report content or activity that you believe breaches this Policy, please contact us through the Contact page. We may change this Policy as described in Section 7 of our Terms of Use. The current version is always posted in the Legal Center.
