1. Free trial
Every JustVidding plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and you are charged the plan price, plus any applicable taxes, on the date shown at checkout and in My Account. Changing your plan during the free trial ends the trial and the new plan is charged on the day of the change.
2. Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly term, and we keep charging your payment method, until you cancel. For yearly plans, we will send you a notice at least 30 days and no more than 60 days before the renewal date, with the renewal date, your right to cancel and how to cancel. If you do not respond to that notice, your plan renews.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
First-time purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day you sign up. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of signing up and we will refund the amount you paid for your first plan payment. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals, to accounts closed for breach of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy, or to purchases made after a previous refund.
4. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time, before or after a renewal date, from My Account, without any charge or penalty. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Monthly plans: your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of that month.
Yearly plans: if you cancel before the renewal date, you are not charged for the next year. If you cancel after the renewal date, we refund the unused part of that renewed year, pro-rated by the days left on the date you cancel.
Other than the guarantee and the refunds described above, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent within 15 days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, a refund may take several more business days to appear. When a refund is issued for a whole payment, access to the paid plan ends.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
